OVERVIEW

The Project included complete renovation for 146,000 s.f. building. Repair for 500 wood piles under building. Included repair to grade beams and pile caps, replacement of all HVAC, electrical, and sprinkler systems. Replaced all utilities. Site work included raising the site 6 feet (12 acre site), installing new curbs, asphalt paving – sidewalks, ramps, platforms.
