The lower level houses the bus parking area, the generator, utility rooms and the compactor. The parking garage occupy the second to the fifth floors. The suits are located on the 6th to the tenth floor. The indoor swimming pool is located above the Porte Cochère. The six to the tenth floor were constructed with load bearing light gauge metal framing. The building was placed inside a deep cliff. The grade at the rear of the building is level with the fifth floor.
